Kenny Will Return to Dallas

Kenny Chesney had to cut short his concert date in Dallas, May 2, because of a huge storm -- but he's arranged for a return date, May 17.

Kenny and his band were only 50 minutes into their set at Pizza Hut Park near Dallas when conditions were declared unsafe for them to continue. Kenny worked on trying to schedule a makeup date. “These stadium shows are always one of the highlights of our touring year,” he explains, “and you want to be able to really make this the party of the summer! I was bummed about the weather. And when you're onstage in it, looking at well over 20,000 who aren't leaving, who want to stay and hear the music, you know what kind of heart those fans have. So with the help of everyone involved who's working with us to make this happen, I'm gonna come back to Dallas and play it the way I wanted to do this show the first time." Ticket details and other information will be available at kennychesney.com and local Dallas/Fort Worth country radio stations.
