Kenny, Tim and Toby Early Winners at CMA Awards

In a first for the CMA Awards, the winners in two categories were announced live on Good Morning America this morning. Musical Event of the Year went to Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw for their duet on "Feel Like a Rock Star," from Kenny's latest album, Welcome to the Fishbowl. Music Video of the Year went, surprisingly, to the usually snubbed Toby Keith for "Red Solo Cup."

The winners were announced in a rather informal segment on GMA, not remotely from Nashville, where Reba McEntire was performing for viewers, but on a Times Square sidewalk in New York City.

Country Weekly congratulates the winners. Look for more of our CMA Awards coverage throughout the day and evening. The ceremonies air live tonight on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
