Kenny to Take Tour Break

Kenny Chesney has indicated that he will be taking a short break from touring.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kenny noted, "I'm not quitting. It's just a short pause. The last couple of years, I've been on an empty tank. And that's gotta change." Kenny, who has embarked on extensive tours the last several summers, adds that he does not plan to tour in the summer of 2010. "I wanna do some things that I've never gotten to do, like see other parts of the world, write some more songs," he explains.
