Kenny Reschedules Foxboro Show

Safety the main concern, Kenny says.

Kenny Chesney is moving his Aug. 28 concert in Foxboro, Mass., to Friday, Aug. 26, because of potentially damaging storms scheduled to hit the New England area over the weekend. The concert will still take place at Gillette Stadium, home of the NFL’s New England Patriots, in Foxboro, just outside of Boston. All tickets for the Aug. 28 show will be honored for the new date and the show's lineup will remain the same.

“I want the last weekend of the Goin’ Coastal Tour to be a great experience. But I also want it to be the safest experience for everyone,” Kenny explained in a release.

“I’ve always said Foxboro is a highlight of our tour, because the fans are ready for a great night of music and fun no matter what night it is.”
