Kenny, Reba & George Among Top 25 Tours of 2011 (So Far)

Billboard ranks top tours of the year.

Though several country concert tours have brought in stellar proceeds on the road recently, only a couple have raked in enough so far in 2011 to join the ranks of artists such as U2, Lady Gaga and Bon Jovi. Billboard ranked the Top 25 tours of 2011 so far this year (based on gross income between November 1, 2010, and May 31, 2011), and two country tours made the list.

Reba McEntire and George Strait's co-headlining tour ranked at No. 15 on the list, making them a bigger draw so far this year than pop legend Prince, rock group Metallica, Kings of Leon and others. The Reba/George concerts bagged a gross income of more than $17 million for 17 shows this year and had more than 232,000 in attendance.

Kenny Chesney joined Michael Bublé, Usher, Lady Gaga, list-toppers U2 and others inside the Top 10 tours of 2011. Kenny's Goin' Coastal Tour ranks at No. 9, grossing more than $25 million with 25 shows.
