Kenny Chesney has already nailed down one stop for his 2009 tour—Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., near Boston, Aug. 15.

Tickets for Kenny’s show go on sale Dec. 13 at ticketmaster.com. And if history repeats itself, tickets will likely not last more than one hour. For Kenny’s 2007 show at the venue, the home of the NFL’s New England Patriots, tickets were gone in 14 minutes. “There is just something about those people,” Kenny says. “Every time we play Gillette Stadium, they come––and they sing their hearts out. It may be one of the NFL’s biggest stadiums, but I’m telling you, every year, those people make it feel like a little club date.”
