Kenny Joins George On Stage

Kenny Chesney was in Birmingham, Ala., for some rehab following his recent shoulder surgery, and wound up joining George Strait on stage that same evening.

Kenny noticed that George was in town for a concert date and decided to check out the show. He soon found himself on the stage with George for a duet on George’s hit, "Amarillo by Morning." George is a guest vocalist on Kenny’s current smash, "Shiftwork." Later, Kenny said, "After touring with him and hanging with him over the years, I knew it would be fun to get out there with my buddy. We had a ball." Kenny's shoulder is reported to be healing well and doctors say he should be ready to go when his own tour kicks off April 26 in Columbia, S.C.
