Joining Kenny for the show were Sugarland, Miranda Lambert and the Zac Brown Band. Kenny closed the concert with an emotional performance of his hit, “Better as a Memory.” After the show, Kenny said, “It’s hard to believe we’re putting this thing up on blocks. The response from the fans, out in the crowd and the Internet . . . it makes you feel like people understand.” Kenny has indicated that he will not stage a major tour for 2010.
