Kenny Chesney celebrated the success of his latest No. 1 single, "Somewhere With You," with the song's writers, Shane McAnally and JT Harding, at a party at Nashville restaurant Cabana yesterday (March 23).

"Somewhere With You" marked milestones for all three artists, as it was Kenny's 21st No. 1 and the first for both Shane and JT.

"I didn't realize it was you all's first," said Kenny, during his remarks to the assembled crowd of industry executives and media. "I'm really proud of you guys."

Kenny added that he was attracted to the song when he first heard it. "I thought it was such a unique song," Kenny explained. "This was one of the few for the [Hemingway's Whiskey] album that really caught my eye."

Kenny and the writers received plaques and commendations from their publishing companies, Country Radio Broadcasters and the Country Music Association.
