Kenny to Be All Over ESPN Today

This might be a country music first: launching an album on ESPN.

But that’s what Kenny Chesney’s doing with his latest, Hemingway’s Whiskey, out tomorrow (Sept. 28).

He’s spending the day today at ESPN studios in Bristol, Conn., and he’ll appear on SportsCenter, SportsNation and other shows.

There’s the obvious tie-in to the football-themed “Boys of Fall” single, and ESPN also will re-air the Boys of Fall documentary that goes with at 7 p.m. ET tonight.

And of course, Kenny’s a football freak, an ex-high school receiver who found himself playing for the private Saints victory party after last year’s Super Bowl.
