Kenny and Keith Team For More Stadium Shows

Kenny Chesney fans who attend his stadium shows during his upcoming 2008 Poets & Pirates Tour will get an extra musical bonus--Kenny's good friend Keith Urban.

"It's something I've wanted to do since he played the first stadium shows with us three years ago," says Kenny. "If you're committed to bringing the fans the best show possible, who else would you call? Keith does it all--and for me, he's someone I've spent time in the islands with, hung with . . . made music with." Keith notes that, "Kenny's stadium concerts are the biggest party you've ever been to with the loudest ghetto blaster you've ever heard and the audience still singing louder than us." Kenny's tour will likely include eight more stadium shows in addition to the July 26 concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass. LeAnn Rimes will be opening for Kenny on all the 2008 tour dates.
