Kenny’s Sun Rises to No. 1

Kenny Chesney’s latest album, Lucky Old Sun, lands at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard Top 200 albums chart.

This marks the fifth time in Kenny’s career that he’s hit No. 1 on the Top 200. Kenny notes that this album is slightly more personal than previous releases. “When you do something that's a little more intimate, that’s a little bit less about the party and the good times, you’re not sure how people are going to respond,” says Kenny. “I think you get to a place where you realize your fans want more from you, [they] want to listen to what’s really going on in your life.”
