Looks like Kelly Clarkson wasn't just partying with country power couple Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton on New Year's Eve. The three might've been coming up with strategies to win on NBC's The Voice.

Blake is one of four mentor-judges on the singing competition show, and the network announced Friday that Blake will have Miranda and Kelly as guest mentors for members of his team. Last season, Blake worked briefly with Reba McEntire.

Half of the other six guest mentors have ties to country music as well.

Lionel Richie is putting out a duets album with country stars soon. Jewel has put out a country album, and Ne-Yo and Tim McGraw have worked together on a song on Tim's upcoming album.

The other gues mentors: Alanis Morissette, Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and Robin Thicke.

The new season of The Voice premieres Feb. 5 after the Super Bowl.
