Kellie notes that she decided to call her new release Kellie Pickler because it reflects more of her own personality. “It’s who I am, more so––a lot more so—than the first album,” Kellie tells Neil Haislop’s Nashville IQ. “I went one direction, and that was Kellie Pickler’s direction, and this album is the real deal.” The new CD features Kellie’s current hit single, “Don’t You Know You’re Beautiful.” Kellie will help launch the album when she appears on NBC-TV’s Today show, Sept. 30, and Live With Regis and Kelly, Oct. 1.
