Keith, who has spent the past couple of months in the United States in rehabilitation for alcohol abuse, flew into Australia to be with Nicole, reports the Associated Press and the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper. According to Keith's publicist Paul Freundlich, "Keith is 'on leave' to visit his family during the holidays. His rehab is not yet complete." This is the first time he has been in the country since he and the Oscar-winning actress were married in June. Since their wedding, Keith and Nicole have been living in Nashville. Nicole has been in Sydney to film scenes for an upcoming movie. The Herald website further reports that the two left her Darling Point mansion in the afternoon for Sydney. The couple was later seen holding hands as they were driven away from the United International Pictures office.
