This weekend's episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition takes place in Nashville, where the show's hosts and hundreds of Tennessee volunteers helped to rebuild portions of Lighthouse Christian School, which was damaged in May flooding.

The show not only rebuilt a preschool, but but gave the Sweatt family, who run the school, a little "staycation" in Nashville. Country artists, including Carrie Underwood, LeAnn Rimes and Keith Urban, took part in the episode.

Carrie performed a private concert for students, faculty and the family, while LeAnn took them all to the Tennessee State Fair. As you can see in the clip below, the Sweatt family visited Keith in a Nashville studio.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition airs on Nov. 14.
