KEITH’S FIRST 2007 SHOW SELLS OUT
Keith Urban’s first live show of 2007 was a sold-out benefit concert in Chicago, Feb. 8, sponsored by radio station WUSN.
The benefit raised $50,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Keith donated all merchandise proceeds to the hospital as well. One of the more memorable moments from the show occurred when Keith forgot the words to his hit, “Making Memories of Us.” Keith encouraged the audience to sing along then admitted, “Time for honesty. I was trying to get you to sing on the bit I forgot. Pathetic, isn’t it?”
