Kanye interrupted Taylor as she was making her acceptance speech for Best Female Video, "You Belong With Me," at the awards show, Sept. 13. The singer told the Leno audience that he knew immediately that his behavior was wrong and apologized for taking away Taylor's moment in the spotlight. "It was just very rude, period," Kanye said. "I'd like to apologize to her in person." He added that he was going to take time and reflect on his behavior. "I have to analyze how I'm going to make it through the rest of this life and improve," he said.
