Kacey Musgraves Announces Same Tour Different Trailer Schedule

First headlining tour kicks off this Fall.

She’s already toured with Lady Antebellum, Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss and a slew of fellow Texas artists and she’s just started as the opener on Katy Perry’s Prismatic World Tour, but Kacey Musgraves isn’t wasting any time announcing her first headlining tour.

The two-time Grammy winner will kick off the Same Tour Different Trailer, named after her award-winning album, Sept. 25 in Tulsa, Okla., at Cain’s Ballroom.

Kacey said, “I’m SO lucky to have toured on so many different sides of the musical spectrum this year with artists who are all over the map. And I’m really excited to be bringing a little piece of my world to the fans that have done so much for me.”

The 13-city tour is currently set to wrap Oct. 26 at the Life Is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas. Stops along the way include Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Birmingham, Ala., and newcomers John & Jacob, who joined Kacey on her European run, will open all shows exempt the Las Vegas stop.
