Justin Moore Previews New Album, “Off the Beaten Path”

Justin Moore gave a group of invited guests a brief taste of his upcoming new album, Off the Beaten Path, at a performance for the SiriusXM's The Highway channel, Wednesday (June 5). The program was taped at the SiriusXM studio at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and will air in September to coincide with the release of Justin's album.

Justin played a few tunes from the new album, including the current single "Point at You." In his trademark Arkansas-bred accent, Justin explained that the project will showcase some different sides of him. "But I'm not gonna freak out my fans," he said, laughing. "I mean, I'm not going pop or anything." He added that the album will feature his first-ever duets with Miranda Lambert and Charlie Daniels, one of his musical heroes.

Justin also favored the guests with past No. 1 hits ''‘Til My Last Day" and "Small Town USA."

After the show, Justin sat down with Country Weekly to talk about Off the Beaten Path, set for release Sept. 17. "I think it's gonna show more sides of me," he said. "I've got 16 songs on here and that gave me the opportunity to go in and cut some different types of things that I felt comfortable doing. I wrote eight of them and I'm really excited about it."
