Judds Get Show on Oprah’s Network

The Judds

The Judds, Naomi and Wynonna, will star in . . . wait for it . . . The Judds on OWN, Oprah Winfrey's new network when it debuts in 2011.

The show will follow the lives of the mother-daughter duo as they prepare for their first tour together in 10 years and "continue to explore their complex relationship as mother and daughter," according to a release from the network.

"After 25 years of touring, recording and singing the music we love, we are beyond excited to begin this new adventure together and share it with the fans. To have this opportunity is amazing and the OWN Network is the perfect home for us," Wynonna and Naomi said in a prepared statement.

The network promises that "television series viewers will get an intimate look at the private lives of one of the most successful music teams in the history of entertainment. After decades of struggle and recovery, Wynonna and Naomi are ready to share their celebrated and complicated lives and as Wynonna says, 'the good, the bad, and the ugly' with viewers."

OWN will debut on Jan. 1.
