“A lot of people here helped me accomplish this goal,” Josh said, naming his producer Frank Rogers and his management company among them. He added with a laugh, “I was pleased when we hit gold.” Before the party, Josh told Country Weekly that he was keeping busy planning for his next album. “Most of the songs so far I’ve written myself,” Josh noted. “I haven’t had too much from the outside that have really knocked me out. It’s going to be a record that I think is very classic, and also very fresh and compelling.” Josh is currently in the Top 20 with his latest single, “Me and God.”
