Josh Thompson Promises to “Turn It Up”

Sophomore album serves up “Cold Beer” and more.

NEW YORK CITY? You don’t expect great salsa to come from the Big Apple and you don’t expect big country music announcements to come from there, but Josh Thompson is not afraid.

So, when it came time to announce details about his sophomore album, Turn It Up, he stepped right up to the Spotify studios in Manhattan and revealed the cover of his new project, along with the track listing, which includes the debut single, “Cold Beer With Your Name on It,” and nine other songs.

“There’s a lot of excitement on my end surrounding this record,” Josh says. “I can’t wait to release new music, let fans see another piece of the many sides I have yet to show. Add another dimension to the live show and gain some new believers along the way. I’m pumped and can’t wait for you all to hear it.”

Turn It Up will be on store shelves April 1, but Josh is currently on the road with pals Justin Moore and Randy Houser on the Off The Beaten Path Tour. Check Josh Thompson’s website for exact dates.
