Josh in Socks?

Who knew that Josh Turner is a fan of the Dr. Seuss classic Fox in Socks? Well, his sons, 4-year-old Hampton, almost-2-year-old Colby, and Marion, born in December, do.

"It is always pretty funny because it’s so challenging to read,” Josh tells Country Weekly. “It’s essentially this one big long tongue twister and so the children end up laughing at you when you get to read it.”

Another favorite is Big Red Barn by Margaret Wise Brown, which Josh reads to Hampton. “There’s something relaxing and calming about that book,” says Josh. “A lot of times when I go in there to read it to him, I end up fighting the urge to fall asleep myself.”
