JOHNNY CASH IMPROVING

Johnny Cash remains hospitalized with pneumonia in Nashville but has been upgraded from serious to stable condition, reports the Associated Press.

Johnny, once misdiagnosed with Shy-Drager syndrome, has autonomic neuropathy, a condition which makes him susceptible to the respiratory illness. He has battled pneumonia several times over the past few years.

The Man in Black was admitted to the hospital on Feb. 11 after returning to Nashville from his winter retreat on the tropical island of Jamaica.
