Joe Nichols’ Wife Watches Him Frolic With a Blonde for a Music Video

“I was like, ‘This is gonna be weird! My wife’s right there. She’s gonna kill both of us!’” Joe says.

Joe Nichols is back on country radio with the upbeat “Sunny and 75,” and the poor guy had to make a music video in which he frolics with a lovely blonde model from Los Angeles.

OK, sarcasm aside, that is indeed a little awkward for a married guy—especially if his wife happens to be on the set of the video shoot.

“We had a couple of scenes where we were close and she was supposed to lean into me like we were gonna make out,” Joe tells ABC News Radio.

“I was like, ‘This is gonna be weird! My wife’s right there. She’s gonna kill both of us!’”

Good news: Wveryone survived.

“It was fun, man. I had a great time in that video. Such a good, good day,” he said.
