JO DEE'S PRE-SHOW WORKOUT

Jo Dee Messina has a pre-show workout routine that she and her band go through before a performance. They all get together and work out their vocal muscles right before the curtain opens.

"Right before we hit the stage, we spend about a half an hour doing what I call 'vocal warm-ups.' We just get together and sing. We go through the choruses of the songs and try to get everybody on the same page," she explains.

Jo Dee's next performance is in her hometown of Boston at the Fleet Pavilion. Next, she travels to Big Flats, New York and will perform on the Budweiser Summer Stage.
