JO DEE MESSINA TAKES ON BOSTON'S HEARTBREAK HILL TODAY
As if maintaining a successful music career weren't taxing enough, Boston-area native Jo Dee Messina has returned to her New England stomping grounds to run in the 110th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 17th.
Close to 20,000 runners from around the world registered to run in the 26-mile race, highlighted each year by the legendary--or maybe infamous is a better word--Heartbreak Hill near the conclusion of the grueling run. Jo Dee, who's definitely in great physical condition, has wisely declared her ultimate goal to be nothing more than "...just to finish." You go, girl!
