Jo Dee Messina and her husband Chris Deffenbaugh welcomed their first child, son Noah Roger Deffenbaugh, born Jan. 19 in a Nashville-area hospital.

The baby weighed in at six pounds, 15 ounces. Jo Dee and the family are all reported to be doing well. Jo Dee is getting ready to release her upcoming album, Unmistakable, and will begin a solo tour in April.
