Jay Is Gonna Have a Little Baby Girl Flatt

Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus is going to have a baby girl, he told reporters at a news conference today.
The baby, with his wife, CMT personality Allison DeMarcus, will be the couple’s first child.
“We found out this week it’s gonna be a girl,” Jay said. “We’re very excited about that.
“Just what I need, another girl in the house,” he added, laughing.
Jay is the last Flatt to have a child. The advice from Gary LeVox and Joe Don Rooney has included such gems as “Good luck picking a name” and “Try to stay married until the child comes.”
Oh, and Gary and Joe Don have come up with a name for the baby girl: “Gary-etta Don DeMarcus.”
“I’m excited about being a father, trying to do as well as these guys have done,” Jay said, before joking:
“I know that I’ll do better than Gary, but trying to do as well as Joe Don.”
