Jason Aldean to Make Film Debut at Sundance

For Jason Aldean, it's go big or go home.

You might remember that Jason told ABC News Radio not too long ago that he might be dabbling in acting sometime soon.

Oh Jason, you're so coy: when he made that comment, Jason had already landed and filmed a role in a western called Sweetwater, starring Ed Harris (Apollo 13, The Hours, The Rock) and January Jones (TV's Mad Men).

And not only is he in a movie with big-name actors, but that movie will debut in January at the country's best-known film festival, Sundance in Park City, Utah.

Rest assured, Jason is putting plenty of pressure on himself for his big-screen debut.

"It's one of those things where if I do a movie, I don't even know if I'm any good," he told ABC News Radio. "So, I may do one and it sucks and I'm a horrible actor, and I'll never do another one. We'll see."

Yes, we shall.
