"Had my first #1 party today for BBJN," Jake tweeted. "2011 has been an amazing year and I'm thankful for all y'all that have been a part of makin it happen."

So how did he celebrate Tuesday night?
"Cracked a beer. Popped some popcorn. Got a blanket. Victoria Secret fashion show is on," he tweeted.
