Yesterday Sara Evans gave birth to her third child, a daughter, at around 8 a.m. at a Nashville hospital. Mother and daughter are doing fine, according to Sara's manager. The baby - still unnamed - weighed seven pounds and measured 20 ? inches long. Sara and husband Craig Schelske are also the parents of five-year-old son Avery and 18-month-old daughter Olivia. Sara was working right up until the delivery - she was even in the studio on Tuesday singing demos for her upcoming album.
