IBMA Nominees Announced

Dailey & Vincent and actor/comedian Steve Martin are among the top nominees for the International Bluegrass Music Awards, which were announced Aug. 13 in Nashville.

Dailey & Vincent will be looking to repeat their title as Entertainer of the Year, the IBMA's highest honor. The duo is also up for Vocal Group of the Year and Album of the Year, Brothers From Different Mothers. Steve Martin, known for his prowess on banjo as well as his acting and comedic skills, is nominated twice for Recorded Event of the Year and once for Instrumental Recorded Performance of the Year. The 20th Annual Bluegrass Music Awards will be held Oct. 1 from the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville and will be hosted by Kathy Mattea and legendary bluegrass band Hot Rize.
