Hunter Hayes Usually Doesn’t Go Crazy, but There Are Times . . .

His single is “I Want Crazy,” but Hunter says he really wants to be prepared.

Hunter Hayes sings I want crazy in his latest single, but is that true? Does Hunter like life unscripted or does he want control and planning?

“Mostly controlled!” Hunter admits to ABC News Radio.

“I like sort of knowing what’s coming next. I like preparing for what’s coming next,” he says. “I don’t like to walk into a situation not knowing what I’m doing, you know what I mean?”

But Hunter says he likes to cut loose sometimes.

“I don’t sleep as much as I should is because I always just want to be hanging out with everybody or whatever. I want to be in the front of the bus,” he says.

“I don’t wanna miss whatever’s gonna happen. Whatever stories they’re going to tell tomorrow, I want to be there when it happens, you know?”

We know.
