A different kind of spirit got into Blake Shelton last night, and it didn’t come in a bottle.

The hilarious and talented country star and the USO Show Troupe choir joined JC Penney for a bit of caroling in New York’s Greeley Square. The acoustic performance included a 3-D projection mapping show with animation and virtual carolers singing “Silent Night.”

Grown Ups star Jamie Chung and Project Runway’s Nina Garcia were also on hand for the holiday festivities, which will be part of JC Penney’s Jingle Mingle holiday commercial shoot.
