HANK JR. ASSAULT CASE DROPPED
A misdemeanor assault case against Hank Williams Jr. has been dropped, according to a prosecutor.
Cocktail waitress Holly Hornbeak had accused Hank of choking her and yelling obscenities in a Memphis hotel restaurant in March 2006. District Attorney General Bill Gibbons said prosecutors didn’t feel the case against Hank could be proven. The singer filed for divorce from wife Mary Jane earlier this month.
