Hall Reception Honors Tammy

Faith Hill and other invited guests were on hand at a gala reception at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Thursday night (Aug. 19), previewing the Hall's latest exhibit, Tammy Wynette: First Lady of Country Music.

Guests were given a sneak preview of the new exhibit, which highlights Tammy's career through rare photographs, wardrobes, awards and a special video display, narrated by Faith.

Also in attendance were Tammy's former record producer, Billy Sherrill, Brenda Lee, Danielle Peck, members of Tammy's family and industry executives.

Tammy Wynette: First Lady of Country Music, which is being presented by GAC, opens to the public Friday, Aug. 20, at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in downtown Nashville. The exhibit will run through June 2011.
