Seems a natural progression: Gwyneth Paltrow stars as a singer in Country Strong, she performs on the CMAs, the Grammys, the Oscars and that ultimate TV singing outlet, Glee.
Now, Britain’s Sun newspaper says she has landed a $900,000 deal with Atlantic Records. But two U.S. media outlets, E! Online and Entertainment Weekly, report that she is in talks to land a record deal. One of her reps reacts: “There is no deal in place for Gwyneth with any record label yet.” Yet? Hmmmm . . .
