Gretchen Wins ESPN Contest

Gretchen Wilson’s version of the classic tune, “Take Me out to the Ball Game,” was voted the winner of ESPN’s Baseball Tonight “Battle of the Bands” competition.

Nine artists, including Gretchen, filmed their versions of the song, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. The videos were shown on Baseball Tonight over a two-week period, and fans voted on espn.com for their favorites.
