On Music Row, you often hear getting a performance slot is better than winning on major awards shows.

What if you do both?

Lady Antebellum performed and won a night-high five trophies at the Feb. 13 Grammy Awards show. And the group won a more than 200 percent increase in sales after, according to Nielsen SoundScan sales numbers.

The week before the Grammys, Lady A sold 27,291 copies of Need You Now. The week after? That album sold 85,243 copies, good enough to land back on top of the Billboard country albums chart.

Miranda Lambert also saw a 30-plus percent bump in sales of Revolution after her Grammy performance.
