GRAMMY AWARDS TELECAST FEB. 11
The Dixie Chicks and Carrie Underwood are among the top nominees for the 49th Annual Grammy Awards, airing on CBS Sunday night, Feb. 11, at 8 p.m. ET.
The Dixie Chicks are nominated for Record of the Year for “Not Ready to Make Nice,” and are considered the favorites to win the all-genre Album of the Year for Taking the Long Way, which is also up for Best Country Album. Carrie is nominated for Best Female Country Vocal Performance for “Jesus, Take the Wheel,” also a nominee for Best Country Song. Carrie and Rascal Flatts will perform during the Grammy telecast.
