Go Hiking at Shania’s House
Shania Twain has opened a hiking trail on the property she recently bought in New Zealand.
“I'm very proud,” said Shania, who was joined by Prime Minister Helen Clark for a formal ceremony to open the trail. The singer and husband Robert John “Mutt” Lange agreed to arrange for the public access as a condition of being allowed to purchase the 61,000 acres near Wanaka. The purchase had been controversial due to the country’s concern about large land purchases by overseas buyers.
