Gloriana's Tom Gossin certainly knows how to whip a crowd into a frenzy—during a concert in the Rome Capitol Theatre in upstate New York, Tom announced that he'd popped the question to his longtime girlfriend, Jaime Moffett. According to radio station Big Frog 104, Tom shared that he proposed to Jaime on March 1, which marked the couple's 10-year anniversary.

“We were with friends on a rooftop in Atlanta,” Tom reportedly said during the concert. “My friend was video taping the skyline when he said, ‘Isn’t this your anniversary?’ I said, ‘Yes, and maybe we should make it official.’ I dropped to one knee with a ring, catching Jaime totally by surprise.” Obviously, the lucky lady said yes.
