Gloriana is set to perform their latest single, "Can't Shake You," on the season finale of the CW series Hart of Dixie, May 7, at 8 p.m. ET. The trio, comprised of Rachel Reinert and brothers Tom and Mike Gossin, will tape their guest appearance in Los Angeles on Monday, March 18. The hit single is from the group's current album, A Thousand Miles Left Behind.

Hart of Dixie is a comedy-drama centering around New York surgeon Dr. Zoe Hart, played by Rachel Bilson, who moves to a small town in Alabama to perfect her craft. The series is currently in its second season.
