George Strait Announces Tour
George Strait has announced his touring plans for 2009, including his selection of Julianne Hough as opening act.

The tour will kick off May 9 at the Dodge Arena in Hidalgo, Texas, and include stops at several large summer music festivals. Julianne will join the tour with the second concert, scheduled for May 15 in Charlotte, N.C. A total of 17 shows have been announced so far, and more will be added in the next several weeks.
