George Strait Adds One Date to Final Tour

Turns out the Cowboy might extend his ride just a little longer. ACM and CMA Entertainer of the Year George Strait, currently in the process of retiring from the road on his Cowboy Rides Away Tour, has added one more stop to his sold-out farewell trek.

On June 5, George will play State Farm Arena in Hidalgo, Texas, just two days before his final blowout show June 7 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Special guests have supported George on every date of The Cowboy Rides Away Tour, but there is no information about who might appear at the June 5 show. Tickets for the event go on sale at 10 a.m. May 2.
