Legend recovering from respiratory infection.

Country legend George Jones was placed in a Nashville hospital to recover from an upper respiratory infection. "Reports that Mr. Jones has pneumonia are simply false," George's publicist said in a prepared statement. "Mr. Jones is being treated with antibiotics in order to clear up his respiratory infection." George will remain in the hospital until Tuesday, April 3. "Thanks to all my fans and friends for their prayers and support during this time," George said.
