GARY LeVOX TOOK SOME GRIEF FROM FELLOW JOCKS

In the first part of a three-part Rascal Flatts cover story beginning in the March 27 issue of Country Weekly, the group's Gary LeVox reveals that it sometimes wasn't easy being heavily involved in sports and music in high school. "I'd catch so much flack!" he grins. " 'Cause when you're an athlete, you're an athlete. Then I was in Sound of Music . . . and South Pacific. I took some serious grief from my fellow jocks. But it could've been worse—at least I wasn't in ballet!"
