Gary Allan Faces Stalker

Gary Allan has been awarded a permanent restraining order against a woman accused of stalking him.

Representing herself during a Sumner County Chancery Court hearing Tuesday in Gallatin, Tenn., Katherine Anne Walker cross-examined Gary during the proceedings. She accused the singer of writing songs about her and bugging her phone, among other claims. "You scare me,” he told her. “I've never talked to you. I've never read your e-mails.” The woman was charged with burglary, stalking, vandalism over $1,000 and theft under $500 after being allegedly captured on security cameras outside Gary’s home on May 3. She is scheduled to appear in Sumner County Criminal Court on July 24 for arraignment on those charges.
